Hybrid Work Policy
Eligible employees can work from home two days per week. Eligibility requirements include a minimum of six months with the company depending on position, successful completion of primary duties training, department manager’s discretion, and reliable telecommute infrastructure within your home.
Retirement Profit Sharing Plan/401K
Upon completing 12 months of employment, Power/mation will match an employee’s contributions up to 4%. This plan allows employees to build a financial reserve for retirement, share in company profits and reduce their current taxes.
After six months, employees who wish to pursue more education or take specific courses can be eligible for education assistance. Approved courses must have a direct job-related application.
Power/mation offers eight paid holidays to our employees each year. In addition, employees can take their birthday or service anniversary off with pay. Two additional paid holidays are granted to employees for their birthday and date of hire anniversary.
Paychecks are directly deposited to the employee’s account of choice on a bi-weekly basis.
Group Medical Plan
Single, two-person and family coverage is available for employees on the first of the month following their date of hire. The plan is co-paid by the employee and cost is determined by the coverage category chosen.
Group Dental Plan
Similar to the medical plan, our group dental plan offers various coverage categories for services including preventative, basic, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics and major restorative services.
Paid Time Off
Paid time off is accrued and can be used for any personal reasons such as vacation or sick days.
Employees are continuously given the opportunity to participate in on-going product training offered by both Power/mation and the manufacturers we work with.
For each month that Power/mation meets its sales goals, each employee can receive up to two “power hours” which are each redeemable for one hour of paid time off.
